Description of Contract Opportunity: SDL has an ongoing need for experienced contract executive search consultants for our clients, to help expand executive capacity on their team. The ideal consultant will be adept in executive search, preferably within numerous industries. They will have experience executing across the full search life-cycle including: setting the direction of and conducting research; search strategy development; position specification development; candidate development; candidate interviews, assessment and presentation; and referencing.

These contract positions are usually full-time for 3-12 months. Sporadically, we also have part-time positions.

Qualifications

Required Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree required.

Required Minimum Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of appropriate experience.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Targeted Pay Rate

Varies based on client. Be sure to submit your hour and daily rates during the application process. This is not a commission-based role.
